Sunrise Bushcraft offers a variety of courses run through the college on our woodland. Current courses on offer for the new term in September 2010 include:
1) Introduction to green woodworking 6 week course
Including basic coppice techniques, hurdle making, woodland management for wildlife and produce, charcoal making and basic timber framing. Held in woodland.
2) Making your own clay bread and pizza oven 4 week course including Theory and practicle classes on making and useing your own outdoor bread oven.
3) Basic Bushcraft 4 weekcourse including Introduction to bushcraft with lessons in fire, safe knife use, shelter and water to be held in woods
4) Woodland Ecology 8 week course split over seasons including Practicle look at and use of wild food, wild plants trees and wild medicine held in woods
