The psychological approach needed to survive in the woods is very similar to that needed to survive in the current business climate.
Survival is about managing frustrations, generating multiple viable options and being able to assess their pros and cons. It is also about planning, clear and confident leadership, clear and inspirational communications and effective high performing teams.
We have developed an amazing corporate team building day integrating bushcraft and hands on skills with mental problem solving and team activities. During the day each team will be presented with a series of challenges designed to facilitate team work, communication, boost self confidence and get everyone working together in order to progress through the day. Lunch is provided and the afternoon is dedicated to putting outdoor skills to the test!
